Willow the Vam-PIE-her

Meet Children's Book Author, Illustrator & Filmmaker Samantha McEachin-Ifill

"Willow the Vam-PIE-her" is Samantha's big debut.  During her time practicing family law, Samantha came in contact with a lot children who were forced to grow up way before their time.  She wanted to be able to use her creative talents to give kids whimsical and exciting worlds that they could escape to through reading.  What began as a concept to put some "fun" back into dysfunction,  slowly blossomed into a pumpkin pie scented scratch-n-sniff children's picture book and later, an animated short film.

Both the book and the animation follow the "spooktacular" journey of a little vampire girl on her quest for friendship and self-discovery,  Readers of all ages and backgrounds can relate to Willow as she reminds us all that what makes us different is what makes us special!  The film was an Official Selection for the 2016 San Diego International Kids Film Festival and the 2016 LaFemme Film Festival.
